Meet Desiree, the enchanting performer behind Loreley Pearl Beach Mermaid! Based in Central Texas, she combines her Marine Biology degree with her passion for the performing arts to create unforgettable experiences that champion imagination and marine conservation. She knew that her love of the ocean would extend even beyond her professional career and that she had to use her passion to inspire others. Desiree has been a loyal volunteer of the Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network since 2017. She also worked in Sea Lion Rescue and Rehabilitation in San Diego for a short time.
Through her partnerships with organizations, such as the Galveston Children's Museum, Desiree makes education accessible to everyone.
As a certified PADI Mermaid Instructor, she welcomes merfolk of all ages to the wonders of the underwater world while promoting environmental stewardship through engaging programs.
Whether for a special event or just a fun afternoon at the beach, I invite you to join me in celebrating the magic of the ocean.
My mission is to bring a little bit of the ocean to your event, where I'll teach your guests about the ocean, and its inhabitants with a touch of imagination. I strive to create a safe and fun environment that will leave lasting memories for all who come in contact with my mermaid magic.
